We are looking for an Experience Designer to join our growing experience design team.
Our Experience Design team creates meaningful and memorable experiences that engage and empower people in their everyday lives. They know how a product should look, feel and work, and understand what people need and want in the digital space and in real life.
We work in an environment that embraces collaboration across all disciplines. An environment that encourages people to push beyond the boundaries of convention.
As Experience Designer, you’ll work side-by-side with our brightest minds and contribute to projects for public affairs advocacy while receiving mentorship, training, and experience on accounts that push boundaries and set new standards.

· Producing wireframes, sitemaps, flows, decks, prototypes, use cases, journeys, and personas.
· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into designed user interfaces.
· Support design-led workshops to engage and build alignment across different partners and teams.
· Define testing plans for user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners to assess user behavior.
You’d be the right fit if you:
· Think creatively and strategically about the end-to-end user experience and how to apply this information to brand and communications strategy.
· Are curious and look beyond the immediate ask to dream up innovative solutions.
· Have a positive attitude that fosters team camaraderie and who believe that greatness can happen only when people with different skills and perspectives work together.
· Persevere despite obstacles and have the ability to adapt on the fly.
· Have a strong passion for human psychology and the study of people.
· Have a collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and a sense of humor in the face of ambiguous design challenges.
You bring:
· 1-2 years of experience in Product/Service/Experience Design or relevant school experience.
· Depth in at least one practice area (experience strategy, interaction design, service design, design research or visual design).
· Knowledge of what good design systems look like while being able to zoom out and see the broader picture that connects the dots to create a cohesive overall experience.
· Proficiency in UI tools for design, presentation and prototyping including the Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to communicate with grace and stay calm under pressure.
· Passion for innovation and craft as well as experimentation with technology.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the ability to clearly share findings and recommendations with a spectrum of internal and external audiences.
· Familiar with generating and analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data.
· Experience with third-party analytics platforms – Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Datorama a plus.
