Audio Conference Specialist
Chorus Call, Inc. is a leader in worldwide audio and video conferencing, offering a full range of audio and video multipoint teleconferencing services to the international market. Satellite locations include Switzerland, Italy, South Africa, Greece, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Germany and India.
Chorus Call seeks an individual to process and maintain conference reservations.
This is a Full-Time Temporary position.
Responsibilities
· Taking reservations
· Setting up and managing conferences
· Using the reservations and passcode systems
· Working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
· Establishing a good rapport with customers
· Interacting well with other departments
· Handling customer service issues
· Participating in certain Operations teams (ex. transcriptions team)
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
· 2-3 years of professional work experience
· good phone presence
· excellent verbal/English, communication
· good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
· A background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus
· PC/Windows skills required; Microsoft applications, Internet, network/other technical skills preferred
· Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
· Knowledge of a second language – Spanish or Portuguese a plus
