Program Coordinator - College of Business MSM Programs (524705)

Job Summary:
Coordinates the operations, logistics, student services and enrollment goals of the College of Business' Master of Science in Marketing (MSM) programs.
  • Uses ethical soft-selling techniques to promote the MSM programs to prospective applicants and then encourages and guides prospects throughout each step of the application process. This includes both the processing of inbound leads as well as the generation of new leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, phone calls, and other resources.
  • Follows university, college, departmental, and program policies and procedures. Provides recommendations on procedures for the unit to improve operation for the programs and office site.
  • Submits requisitions and receives goods or services against purchase orders; creates travel authorizations, expense reports, through the University's financial system. May process contracts in accordance with University purchasing guidelines
  • Assists in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the MSM programs. Coordinates logistical support for program activities including, but not limited to, the recruitment process, information sessions, admissions, orientation, graduation, as well as, personal and professional development seminars.
  • Works with the College's Marketing and Communications department on verifying website accuracy.
  • Collaborates with various departments on student services relating to admissions, registration, financial aid, graduation, and payments.
  • Processes degree audits and graduation certifications for the MSM programs. Advises current students on information about program and University's requirements for graduation.
  • Assists in identifying and implementing initiatives as well as develops and executes strategy and tactics to meet enrollment goals.
  • Promotes and conducts information sessions face-to-face and online, and then follows up with attendees throughout the application process

  • Tracks and reports on applicant data.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Hobsons Radius, Salesforce, Canvas, PeopleSoft, ImageNow, and LinkedIn applications.
  • Retail, sales, or related experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work with other team members.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
