Position Summary
Engineering focus will be land development (subdivisions, commercial, etc.) design and permitting. Duties and responsibilities for the Project Manager / Civil Engineer include but are not limited to the preparation/reviewing of designs and reports; performing calculations; familiarity with applicable FDOT, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance; managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies; perform site visits as needed; writing proposals to procure work, follow QA/QC protocol, attend external meetings, and complete project activities on schedule and within budget.
 
Key experience, skills and qualifications
Min. 5+ years site design and development, stormwater analysis and design, utility design, and permitting experience
Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
Florida PE License Registration
Stormwater Programs (ICPR, PONDS, Hydraflow, etc.)
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
Superior Communication Skills
