Marketing Associate

Strive Football Group is looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join their team.
 
Strive Football Group is a global soccer group that owns and operates several soccer-related initiatives, including Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA, as well as teams, academies, boarding schools, and sports marketing activities around the world.
 
We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The Marketing Associate will mainly be in charge of developing and implementing new marketing strategies to meet the Group’s objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Position Responsibilities
 
Marketing
  • Design, implement, coordinate, and execute effective marketing campaigns to meet marketing goals and objectives (using market research, product marketing creation, marketing communications, events, advertising and public relations)
  • Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign based on industry-leading insight
  • Conduct thorough analysis on marketing ROI, track KPIs and present reports
  • Interact with other departments, including Creative, Design and Web Development to create or update marketing materials
  • Web marketing: optimize content to improve quality of communications and improve SEO
  • Media monitoring and reporting to provide insights on media landscape
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Social media benchmarking to identify the new trends and look for new creative ideas
  • Benchmarking to identify new trends in the soccer market
 
Content Creation and Communications
  • Development, implementation and content creation of internal communications (newsletters, event communication and promotions) and external communications (emailings, marketing tools updates - websites, brochures, presentations, articles, blog posts, corporate communications, press releases)
  • Creating promotions and messaging for the launch of new products
 
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing with significant achievements
  • Experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel and multi-segment marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
  
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to regularly produce and present reports
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English
  • Interest in sports marketing, sports business and event planning
  • Extensive experience in media and social media trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays, if required
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Effective writing and communication skills in French
  • Previous editorial experience
  • Ads/Facebook business management
  • Web Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools
