Graphic/Architectural Development Analyst - Real Estate

This role is essential in assisting with the effective completion of site presentation materials for all potential store locations. This position would assist in the preparation of Real Estate Committee Exhibits which include but not limited to obtaining pertinent information from Real Estate Directors, Development, Construction, Planning, Market Research, Legal, Brokers, Vendors, Architects, Engineers, and potential Landlords. Another major component is managing content, organizing and compiling Real Estate Committee materials for all sites. This position will be responsible for the content of the exhibits. The Real Estate Committee is made up of Executive members of the company and is extremely high level, therefore materials presented to the Committee must be very detailed and accurate.


Job Duties 
  • Ownership of the Real Estate Committee Exhibits: Obtain and modify all Wide and Zoom Aerials, manipulate Site Plans and Signage renderings and review for accuracy for incorporation into the REC Packages which are distributed to the Real Estate Committee
  • Work with Real Estate Directors, Development, Brokers and Landlords on Site Qualification: Obtain materials from Real Estate Directors, Development, Brokers and Landlords which will allow this position to qualify the site compared with DSG Standards.
  • Work with Store Planning and Construction on Site Qualification: Provide Store Planning with the necessary information and materials in order to begin laying out the store, understand preliminary costs for the trip budget that is provided to Market Research to run the proforma/sales forecast for the REC Packages. Work through site specific information and requirements, work with DSG Vendors to obtain pertinent information on sites including but not limited to signage and site specific costs.
  • Work with and assist the Real Estate Directors, Development Director/Managers, Legal and Market Research on processing the materials necessary to complete an REC package which includes: Extracting pertinent information from Letters of Intent for input into the Real Estate Database (ESRI), provide feedback to Real Estate team on changes that need to be made within the materials, work with the group on finalizing all REC packages prior to executive distribution. Conduct detailed analysis of all data; interface with internal business partners, work to ensure accuracy of all information.
  • Assist the Director of Development and Development Managers with other essential functions
  • Manage key reports for the Development group that are used by many other internal business partners.
Education 
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design

Additional Skills, Abilities, and Requirements 
  • 3-5 years of experience Planning, Architecture, Site Design 
  • PhotoShop, AutoCad, and REVIT experience preferred  
  • Knowledge of Interior Design and/or Architectural Design preferred 
  • Space planning skills preferred
  • Strong analysis and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task/start and stop projects at any given time and work under pressure within tight timeframes
  • Ability to handle themselves with Middle and sometimes Upper Management
