Food Service Leadership

Duties include meal preparation for large groups with a focus on food quality and cleanliness of kitchen. Food Service Leads are expected to oversee the shift-to-shift operations of the kitchen staff by utilizing effective communication which includes setting expectations and consistent follow-up. Previous food service experience is preferred but not necessary. As with all positions at Glorieta Camps, they will be asked to help with any tasks needed to help camp function.
