Design Team | Job Description

We are looking for a smart and savvy design professional to be part of our internal Design Team at 13th Floor Investments. We design and bring to life cutting edge residential and mixed-use development projects throughout the US, with a focus on the South Florida market. 13th Floor is a company that truly prioritizes good design. The Design Team’s role is to usher projects from design inception, through construction to opening day, safeguarding the design along the way.

Responsibilities:

·        Coordination with design consultants

·        FFE Packages

·        Schedules and Budgets

·        Coordination with vendors, subs and contractors

·        Site visits and field meetings

Requirements:

·        Creativity and eye for design

·        Project management and organizational skills

·        Multi-tasking and follow through skills

·        Detail oriented

·        Communication skills and working well with a team

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and/or other design programs

Experience

·        4-8 years of work experience in the field of interior design or architecture

·        Construction Administration experience, preferred

·        BS in Interior Design or similar, preferred
