
Internship – Universal Creative: Production Assistant (Spring 2022)
Spring Semester: Internship dates are approximately from January 2022 – April 2022.
JOB SUMMARY: This internship will allow the opportunity to assist Associate Producers with maintaining the flow of documents, media files, drawings, and other documents to vendors and other Team Members. The intern will learn about how communication in a large project requires constant documentation updates, and how those updates affect the design of the attractions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn document control systems.
- Partner with vendors and other Team Members to achieve goals and complete tasks.
- Maintaining updates and shared information, for distribution to relevant parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- EDUCATION:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
- Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- An official transcript may be required upon request.
- Preferred majors include: Film Production
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior internship experience related to position is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Preferable skills for success in role includes but is not limited to:
Required include:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
- Consistent attendance.
- Ability to work on a team and autonomously
Preferred include:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite products (including Premiere)

- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2022.
