The Candidate:
The candidate must be highly organized, hard-working, motivated, able to meet deadlines, wear multiple hats, and take responsibility for their area. The candidate must be able to work as part of a small, highly trained team and have a good balance of creativity and analytical thinking as well as attention to detail. The ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects with varying timelines and work within a fast-paced environment is a must.
The Responsibilities:
- Create visual assets for client advertising campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- Create exceptional graphic designs for UI/UX, web pages, landing pages, social media, pitch decks, and other visual marketing assets
- Research competitors, best practices and creative analytics to determine which visual assets perform best
- Work closely with team members to complete project goals
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Indesign, Invision,
- Burning desire to work in a small, highly capable startup team
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Strong people skills
- Determination, persistence, and grit
- Deadline motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Examples of previous work required
