Marketing Coordinator, Search Marketing

1800Flowers.com is looking for a Marketing Coordinator responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to deliver outstanding revenue growth. This person will help create, implement, track, analyze and optimize our online marketing campaigns, with a focus on Paid Search channel. The Marketing Coordinator must be comfortable working in a fast pace environment and have excellent analytical and organizational skills.

This position requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and an ability to build relationships across internal and external audiences. We are also seeking someone who has a "can do" attitude and is a quick learner. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing campaigns across Paid Search channels, including Brand Search, Non-Brand Search and Product Listing Ads, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
  • Responsible for day to day reporting, campaign setup, creative management, billing, tracking audits & publisher/competitive landscape analysis
  • Monitor and measure results in multiple platforms including Google Ads, Kenshoo, Google Analytics.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Attend all relevant internal meetings and develop sustainable relationships with key departments and leaders including creative, finance, legal and merchandising

 Experience
  • 0 – 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, or a fast learner who is passionate for Digital Marketing
  • Advanced computer skills are required including MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize internal applications
  • Comfortable working and analyzing data, including basic formulas and pivot table
