Experienced AP Specialist - (United States, REMOTE)
***This is a REMOTE role***
Our Accounts Payable Team is looking for an Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing company. The Experience AP Specialist will assist with reviews and reconciliations, as well as, handle the day-to-day accounts payable tasks. The ideal candidate will be a sharp, self-starter, hardworking and independent individual. This position will be in our new Salt Lake City, UT office.
In this role you will…
- Process supplier invoices for payment.
- Enter invoices, credit card transactions and journal entries, preparing payment batches.
- Complete month end reconciliation
- Monitor invoice process from start to completion.
- Complete manual wires when necessary.
- Assist vendors with questions for multiple US and International entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
You’re Got What It Takes If You Have…
- 3+ yrs. experience in Accounts Payable with a multi-national company
- Experience with GAAP
- Exceptional task organization and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with staff at all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of Netsuite or similar software
- Working knowledge of P2P software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Coupa
