Entry & Mid-level Openings for Landscape Architect/Designer
Description: The Houston, Indianapolis and San Antonio offices of Kudela & Weinheimer, Inc. (K&W) are seeking entry-level and mid-level landscape architects/designers with an understanding of construction methodology, a good knowledge of plant materials, and a confident design sense. This individual is resourceful, a self-starter, a problem solver, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Knowledge and appreciation of landscape architectural design principles
- Experience working from conceptual design through construction
- Expertise in using a wide range of design tools from hand sketching to digital modeling
- Experience with the preparation of construction documents & construction detailing
- Ability to meet deadlines, respond to project delivery & work effectively
- Communication skills, both visual and verbal
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Can use a widening variety of software (MicroStation, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & 365, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
- Revit experience a plus
- Degree in Landscape Architecture (Undergraduate or Graduate) from an accredited university
- 0-5 years of experience
- Landscape Architectural Registration- Desire to actively work toward Landscape Architectural Registration (K&W supports the fees for this)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Degree in Landscape Architecture (Undergraduate or Graduate) from an accredited university - or demonstrated technical experience in landscape architecture design
