Architectural Designer / Project Manager
Parma, OH: LOBAS Architects is seeking a recent graduate or experienced professional (current students considered) with technical skill and aesthetic insight to represent and build the firm. QUALITIES SOUGHT: Must possess (or cultivate) a strong commitment to Northeast Ohio community. Excellent architectural managerial and leadership skills in a small office platform. Design abilities from conceptual through design development. Freehand drawing, CAD, and BIM mastery, along with rendering and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Verbal, written, and graphic communications with contractors, consultants, and clients. Construction management and field reconnaissance experience.
