Camp Augusta - a Summer of Personal and Professional Growth
We are now hiring for the summer of 2023!
Camp Augusta is not your average summer camp. We start out with a 3.5 week staff training where you can learn your choice of our 150+ clinics, practice mentorship and communication approaches with each other, and really meet the people you'll love. Your days at Augusta will be full, diverse, and unforgettable, with each day being unique and meaningful.
There are tons of camps out there. Some things that stand out about Augusta:
- Spirit of Compassion, Empathy, and Depth - We aren’t religiously affiliated, but our ‘spirit’ cup is brimming with heart. Our ethos with humans is rooted in emotional intelligence and humanistic psychology (academically supported). Many go into education, therapy/counseling, social work in life and find their learnings at Augusta to be exceptionally helpful to their studies and personal relationships. It changed my life FOR SURE.
- 150+ Activities to choose from - And a 3.5 week staff training to learn a BUNCH of them. Many camps have about 30 options, and you teach the same repeatedly. Truly diverse days and summers, where you get to choose what you’re interested in.
- Adventure into Nature - Come live in the 90-acre woods of Augusta in northern California and explore San Francisco, Tahoe, and the Sierra Nevadas in your time off. :)
