Project Coordinator - Real Estate Design and Development
Job Description:
- Read and understand architecture and MEP drawings to provide feedback to manager
- Compile comments from different disciplines, summarize, and convey to various consultants/teams
- Perform construction site visits and develop status reports with images
- Create PowerPoint presentations on an ad-hoc basis
- Create summarizing reports for potential asset acquisitions. (Tour buildings, catalog amenities, demographics, take photos, describe surroundings, etc.)
- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, etc. on a regular basis to provide ownership feedback
- Basic understanding of Excel and proformas
- Maintain and orderly catalog company files
Skills:
- English (Spanish a plus)
- MS Office Suite
- AutoCAD (desired, but not necessary)
- Photoshop (desired, but not necessary)
- Adobe Reader (desired, but not necessary)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive attitude and overall work outlook
Previous experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience preferred in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate or related field.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate or related program is strongly preferred
- Partial credit or completion of a Real Estate certificate is a plus
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required to travel throughout South Florida on a regular basis
- This position is required to be in office or on the project site(s) five days per week
