Receptionist

We're always on the lookout for talented and driven candidates with a like-minded approach to project management and client relations. Currently we are seeking a customer-service focused, enthusiastic, proactive Receptionist for our growing firm located in Miami Lakes.
 
Key Responsibilities include:
·  Serving as the first point of contact for Momentum by being present at the office to greet employees and to welcome guests
·  Coordinating front-desk activities and provide office management tasks, including but not limited to managing supplies, operating the breakroom, distributing correspondence, receiving and redirecting phone calls, assisting with scheduling meetings (in-office and virtual)
·  Coordinating shipping pick-ups and drop-offs, including reconciling shipping orders that are received
·  Maintaining conference rooms to ensure they are in good form for meetings
·  Preparing gifts orders, personalized cards, invitations, and other documents
·  Liaising with internal employees across all levels, external vendors and building management
·  Assisting with company events
·  Following up on inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues; resolve/escalate office management issues as needed
·  Ensuring supply room & kitchen area are well stocked and organized
·  Assisting other departments with admin tasks, special projects & travel arrangements
·  Running office-related errands as needed
·  Reviewing and updating all contact databases and telephone extension lists
·  Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess the following: 
·  A minimum of 1 year of administrative related experience
·  A genuine passion for customer service and excellent customer service skills
·  Excellent organizational and time management skills
·  Demonstrated positive attitude, self-motivated and drive to succeed
·  Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite products
·  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
·  Ability to work and thrive under pressure with little supervision in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Extremely detail oriented with diligent follow up skills
·  Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
·  Demonstrates a professional presence and positive attitude in both the office and off-site functions.
·  Ability to work scheduled hours in-office, Monday through Friday
·  Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, when required
·  High school diploma or equivalency is required; additional related education is a plus
·  Fluency in Spanish is a plus
