Office Production Assistant

Love television, film, and/or fashion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity available within our all-inclusive film, TV, and still photography location scouting & management company. We are seeking a full-time Office Production Assistant to support the company and join our team.

This is a partially hybrid position, in which the ideal candidate will mainly work out of our Miami Beach office, as well as remotely. This position will offer valuable experience and is a great opportunity to gain a unique perspective of the ins-and-outs of the vibrant South Florida production industry.

Necessary skills and qualities:
  • Administrative experience
  • Production/set experience (may be school experience)
  • Professional written and verbal business communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized.
  • Proficient computer skills (Mac-preferred) such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be a capable and strong multi-tasker
  • Willing to work beyond normal business hours
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred skills and qualities:
  • Social media experience for business, a plus
  • Marketing experience, a plus
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide support for company president and team of location coordinators
  • Running errands as needed
  • Misc. business projects
