About The Role
In this role, you are the go-to person for all things recruiting for our some of our Media Practices. You'll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth through targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate experience, efficient processes, and building PMG's brand as an employer of choice.
In this Role You Will:
• Partner with your team and hiring teams to build sourcing and hiring strategies
• Deeply understand the businesses they support and advise on sourcing strategies
• Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Manage an inclusive and objective interview process and participate in interview training for the business – including looking for areas of improvement to our processes
• Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting
• Manage hiring goals, measured output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement
• Be a mentor and coach to other team members
• Embody PMGs mission, vision, purpose, and values
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sourcing recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or similar preferred
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or other ATS
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting in Search, Social, Programmatic, Brand
• Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
• Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
