1. Reports To: Patrick Costello (Principal) & Nicole Finn (EVP of Operations)
2. Full Time Location: 1752 Lincoln Avenue San Rafael, CA 94901 (HQ)
- Hybrid in person & virtual (3 days in the office preferred)
3. Training: Insurance sales, underwriting & marketing (2 Months)
4. Role Objective: Marketing content creation & distribution with an expertise in video production, graphic design & copywriting.
- Content Creation
- Video Content
- Video production for Evolve’s podcast, sales, & culture events.
- Graphic Design
- Digital marketing graphic design for all internal & external initiatives.
- Trending Content (copywriting)
- Newsjacking, market update(s), & educational articles.
- Broker Content (copywriting)
- Thought leadership, testimonial, new Evolve capabilities, & industry award articles.
- Internal Content (copywriting)
- Sales team support, including up to date client presentations, industry specific content, & case studies.
- Distribution
- Website SEO
- SEO foundational development on Evolve’s websites (evolvemga.com / evolvedbrokerpodcast.com), including enhancing the user’s engagement.
- SEO on all of Evolve’s created content.
- Social Media
- Distribution of created content across key social media platforms.
- Direct Marketing
- Email blasting Evolve’s broker network.
- Enhancing Performance
- Systematically track & enhance distribution on all marketing initiatives over time.
- Podcast
- Podcast guest & sponsorship acquisition.
5. Technical Skills Required:
- Videography Production (writing, directing, editing)
- Podcasting Expertise (preferred)
- Graphic Design
- Copywriting (SEO & web development)
- Social Media & Marketing Distribution
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
6. Education and Experience Requirements
- 4-Year Undergraduate Degree (marketing majors preferred)
- 2 Years of Videography Experience
- Accumulative GPA above 3.0
