Project Superintendent
Super Intendent requirements:
· Organized
· Highly Motivated
· Speak English and Spanish
· Minimum 2 years of construction management experience
· Knowledgeable of High-end projects and finishes
· Know how to read and comprehend Construction Documents and Interior design drawings
· Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Produce material Takeoffs
· Follow Project cost’s
· Coordinate Project Bidding Process
· People Skills - Managing Clients and Workers
This job will consist of the superintendent establishing a clear line of communication between all subcontractors, site supervisors, and company principals. As a superintendent you will create and follow strict schedules. The role will require the placing of orders and coordinating delivery and installation. Coordination and documentation of city inspections. Create all RFI’s required to fully understand the scope of work.'
