Junior CAD Drafter

Real estate development and construction company is hiring a junior CAD designer / drafter.

Candidate’s Requirements:

- Candidate will be part of residential, commercial and industrial project's design/build team.

- Absolutely strong presentation skills required.

-Attention to detail, team member skills, strong written and verbal communication skills required.

-AutoCAD experience is required.

- 3DS Max and Revit experience are big plus.

- US work authorization is required.

Candidate’s Responsibilities:

- Develop construction documents together with senior members

- Create electronic format drawings in AutoCAD

- Prepare design presentations for clients.

- Visit construction sites for: progress check, field measurements, presentations and construction administration.

- Collaborate the progress with sub-consultants and coordinate construction documents throughout the project.

- Candidate must be younger than 30 years old
