What We're Looking For
Desired Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in art design, web design, or related degree) (GPA above a 3.4)
General Knowledge
- Knowledge of web design conventions
- Knowledge of user experience
- Knowledge of web standards, optimization, and web design best practices
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Basic PHP/MySQL knowledge
- Knowledge of open source CMS such as WordPress

What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- 80+ projects per year
- Creates homepages, inner pages, and wireframe prototypes in Photoshop
- Builds out simple websites
- Prototype mobile and tablet website layouts in Photoshop
- Design infographics
- Design landing pages
- Design display ads
- Design social branding and contests
- Design online branding
Percentage Breakdown
- 35% designing homepage and inner page prototypes for various clients using the Adobe Creative Suite
- 35% creating online advertisements, social media branding and identity, and viral marketing pieces such as infographics
- 10% helping to build/launch websites for various clients using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP knowledge while still learning HTML and CSS
- 20% working on site enhancements for clients in various CMS’s including WordPress
Training
- Our “Bootcamp” web marketing training program will be provided for new WebFX “family members”.
- On-site, state-of-the-art training amenities to facilitate departmental trainings, trend watch reports, and monthly Lunch-and-Learns

Compensation
- $42.5K to $45K
- Potential additional bonus may be offered for GPA's of 3.8+
