Tropic Mechanical, an industry leading HVAC contractor is seeking talented students interested long term employment and in learning the HVAC Engineering/Construction business. 

Employee will learn the fundamentals of HVAC Engineering, Construction and Project Management, working with numerous experienced Professional Engineers with varying experience from 10-40 years. 

Tropic specializes in high-end, extremely complex and interesting projects, and as a mid-size Mechanical Contractor, new recruits will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business from the ground up.

We have an active backlog in high profile projects and new employees will be involved in large projects from very early on.

We are based in Miami, FL and have a satellite presence in Jacksonville, FL with some great opportunities.

Tropic has an active program with graduate engineers in a dynamic and interesting work environment. We incentivize young engineers to pursue FE and PE exams and employees will have opportunities to work first-hand on major projects immediately.
