Marketing, Digital Manager

What You'll Contribute

As a Manager, Marketing on NITRO, you are responsible for managing marketing campaigns to acquire new to firm prospects. This position serves as a subject matter expert in digital marketing (Affiliate, Display, Search and Social) and you will play a key role in recommending innovative recommendations to expand acquisition growth.

You will partner with the VP of digital marketing to support and drive the strategy and roadmap for acquisition.


You must be a data-driven and thought leader, a motivated self-starter, an effective communicator, and have excellent relationship-building skills, with a passion for helping inform  a cohesive marketing strategy that drives acquisition to meet business goals.

***Please note this is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week in office, 2-3 days a week work from home

What You'll Do

Digital Acquisition Strategy                                                                     

  • Supports the implementation  of digital acquisitions strategy and plans, including the execution of plans, defining and creating audiences, analysis of campaign performance, aligned with the budget
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to inform digital marketing plans.

Digital Acquisition Marketing Execution                                                                 

  • Executes all digital marketing across all channels including but not limited to; paid search, display, paid social, mobile and other appropriate channels.
  • executes and measures campaigns and conversion tests.

Digital Marketing Budget and Campaign Measurement and Management

  • Develops KPIs, benchmarking and reporting for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Measures, analyzes and makes recommendations on digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Provides insights and recommendations in a strategic and thoughtful manner to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting of marketing campaigns.
  • Optimizes marketing budget and performance across channels.

Brand Advocate

  • First line of defense for accuracy of marketing campaigns and collateral.
  • Ensures compliance of marketing activities.
  • Develops (as needed) policy and procedure documentation


What You Have


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred area of study in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • 2+ years in digital direct marketing acquisitions experience
  • Experience working in a multi-channel consumer products company with a demonstrated record of superior business and personal performance
  • Have deep working knowledge of the digital and social ecosystem, including working relationships with social platforms and partners
  • Highly creative with experience in identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate


Preferred:


  • 3-5 years of experience operating in Facebook, Google Ads, Affiliate platforms, and/or Hubspot.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to build analysis to support strategic efforts.
