Account Manager

SPINE is an advanced visualization company that specializes in 3D rendering, animation & interactive VR/AR experiences for the architectural, real estate, and product manufacturing industries to name a few. Account Manager

The Account Manager is the main conduit between brand partners and our team who collaborate in producing visually compelling marketing collaterals and interactive experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

A SPINE Account Manager will represent the organization's interests and forge critical relationships with a specific client base that is assigned to them by nurturing clear, positive communication of contractual obligations throughout all phases of our engagement. Some of these roles and responsibilities are:

  • Lead project managers and relate to executives and customers
  • Develop projects in alignment with corporate strategy
  • Create project implementation plans with PM’s
  • Manage all scales of projects 
  • Manage client project base, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned, and all projects are successfully delivered on time, meeting objectives, and within budget
  • Liaison with client on a strategic level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, determine timelines, etc.
  • Responsible for communicating client’s objectives to the team of artists working on the assigned projects
  • Responsible for keeping the accounting department updated with project finances
  • Set and keep project plans and milestone events, post documents and images for client review, report on meetings, and assign tasks to the required departments
  • Meet with Sr. PM and Director of Production Services to plan projects 
  • Partner with Senior Production Artist, Supervisor of Creative Services, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Production Services to develop and deliver creative solutions for projects and to ensure quality requirements are met 
  • Ensure all files from the studio are downloaded to the FTP server each morning
  • Prepare written documentation, including timelines, meeting agendas, conference reports and deliver to team members and client when necessary
  • Coordinate with Creative Services
  • Review project samples for accuracy and consistency
  • Project Update Review
  • Review project update daily to ensure artists have sufficient information to do the work.
  • Streamline workflow and communications between project managers and creative services department on all projects.
  • Respond to studio on daily project events and other issues.
  • Review and follow up with Project Managers on studio requests and other client requests
  • Ensure project update is uploaded to FTP at the end of the day.
  • Provide guidance, direction and positive communication between Creative Services department and clients
