Project Manager - Design It Studio - MIAMI

We are looking for candidates who have leadership and management skills, to work on technically complex and sensitive projects in a dynamic small-office environment.
As Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are executed correctly, on time and within budget.
A successful Project Manager at Design It Studio, requires minimal supervision and demonstrates strong managerial and planning skills with an excellent understanding of luxury interior design, style, and decor.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Will include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate projects with clients, drafters, contractors, and administration teams.
· Request samples from vendors and submit finished samples to clients.
· Lead day-to-day communication with production regarding project status and needs.
· Communicate directly with clients to inform the progress of their project and ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
· Record activities and data in the project manager platform.
· Perform site visits and attend client meetings.
· Millwork and shop drawing quality control and approval.
· Identify and communicate project challenges and brainstorm solutions with other departments.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must:
· Possess a professional degree from an accredited school in architecture, building engineering or interior design.
· Have a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience working in an Interior Design or Architectural Millwork setting.
· Possess strong communication and written skills in both English and Spanish.
· Have experience working with AutoCAD. Other design and architecture software is a plus.
· Ability to read construction plans.
· Outstanding organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects across various phases.
· Product knowledge and ability to research, source, and specify finishes, materials, and furnishings in a variety of high-end design styles.
· Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision.
· Excellent client service skills and well versed in interfacing with them.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Monday software knowledge is a plus.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
