We are a Texas based freight forwarding company with locations in Houston, New Orleans, and Miami. Gateway is seeking an ambitious and efficient individual to report directly to the Vice President of Business Development. This position requires a strong writer and communicator to help us increase our web engagement via every mechanism. This person will person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to blog posts and content creation, social media brand management, website edits and basic SEO work, lead management and market research.

This person will assist Gateway with:

·      Content creation, blog posts, industry specific research

·      Companywide communications

·      Employee intrasite management

·      Website Edits

·      Basic SEO Improvements

·      Social Media Brand Management

·      Market Research

·      Lead Management

 

 

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·      Excellent written & communication skills

·      Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve independently

·      Ability to communicate pleasantly, professionally, and effectively with all levels of the organization

·      Strong prioritizing, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills in a rapidly changing environment
