Customer Experience & Operations Internship

Dive into the Sales & Service organization as a summer of 2023 intern! The work our team does directly impacts the DIRECTV customer experience through managing initiatives related to CX customer journey mapping, offers & decisioning development & implementation, and CX&O engagement, communications, culture initiatives.
Depending on your interests and area of study, you’ll get the chance to work cross functionally through various teams providing data analytical insights, manage social networking sites, conduct in depth analysis on system episodic scenarios or get hands on in our Product Experience lab (El Segundo resident preferred).
Project Examples:
- Office of the President data analytics: Hands on data mechanization and transformation.
- Manage 1-2 short duration projects to access the success measures of acquisition program launches and present findings including risk mitigation strategy.
- Develop and maintain social networking and media accounts to optimize the user experience.
- Working initiatives related to CX customer journey mapping, offers & decisioning development & implementation, and CX&O engagement, communications, culture initiatives.
- Hands-On experience working on the newly built Product Customer Experience (PCX) Lab
Majors/Concentrations we’re looking for:
- Open to all business majors
- MIS
- Emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration/Management or Communications preferred
- Engineering/CS for PCX Lab position
Skills and Experience:
- Cross functional collaboration
- Data storytelling, ability to synthesize insights out of the data
- Comfortable presenting and speaking with leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Various start dates are available with a program end date of August 11th, 2023.
