Job Summary:
Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is taking its visual game to the next level and needs your help us get there! That is, if you’re a motivated and creative designer who’s passionate about corporate design and is ready to strengthen and broaden our graphic capabilities. The person in this position will report to our lead Graphic Designer and will support our Marketing Group at-large with all manner of print and digital design/production (for both PGA and our clients). Our firm is growing quickly and expanding into new service areas with visual support needs beyond our standard marketing needs: public meeting visuals, 3D project renderings; GIS mapping, video, document design, the list goes on. Graphic Design Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop graphics for collateral, social media posts, website, presentations, and more
- Support the visual development of proposals and PowerPoint presentations
- Produce videos for internal and client use using Premiere Pro or comparable software
- Prioritize skill development and stay current on design styles and technologies
- Support PGA’s high aesthetic standards and promote adherence to the company’s style guide
- Support PGA’s Marketing Group with miscellaneous tasks as assigned, including peer review of other marketing materials and resume/proposal production
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Graphic Design, Art, Emerging/Mixed Media, Advertising, or related field
- Post-graduation experience of 1-5 years
- Strong portfolio of corporate-style work including finished designs, concept drawings a plus
- Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Intermediate photography and photo editing skills
- Intermediate videography and video production skills (Premier Pro experience preferred.)
- Experience with 3D rendering and graphics (Preferred)
- Keen eye for sophisticated, corporate design and up to date in design trends and technology
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other Office Products
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong typography, layout, spatial and conceptual skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize assignments, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks efficiently at the direction of PGA’s Leadership Team & Marketing Director
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on deadline-driven activities
