Web & Digital Marketing Administrator

COMPANY: Team Horner Group
REPORTS TO: Team Web Manager
FLSA: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Full-time

Position Summary
The right candidate for this role is a team player who excels at the technical side of website management and email marketing systems and campaigns. Should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy analyzing data and systems to help reach the Team’s digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Web security- monitor, update, and backup website plugins to keep secure and working smoothly
• Web Availability- staying on top of internal and external changes of the network and ensuring compatibility with most-used web browsers
• Complete website updates in a timely manner
• Analyze Google Analytics and adjust as necessary to optimize SEO
• Schedule email blasts with consideration for customer delivery frequency
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud account and functionality.
• Review email marketing results with Marketing Coordinators and Eblast Designers to continually improve the effectiveness
• Web Service Support- understand and be able to make updates, troubleshoot, configuration to Team Horner web services
• Educate and train teammates on software capabilities and management
• Attend and participate in Marketing Department Meeting
• Attend and participate in Team meetings
• Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate party
• Other Duties as assigned

• 2-3 years of WordPress experience required
• Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
