Associate, Revenue Integration

This role supports ongoing strategies to ensure the culture of the Creative Enterprises & Development (CED) department is built around “one team, one goal” and our core value of “mobilizing all strengths.” This role supports the building of a culture of cross-team collaboration as a member of the Revenue Integration team.

The Associate will be responsible for coordinating operational components across all fundraising teams, providing direct project support to specific teams as need dictates. The Associate also performs complex administrative and technical tasks that support the operations of the all fundraising teams. Associates are expected to organize and manage the flow of information and data that make our fundraising and team operations successful. Often, this includes creation of documentation and templates, honing existing processes and developing efficiencies in reporting

This position is preferably based in Washington, DC, but could be fully remote for the right candidate. This position offers a range of $55,000-$58,000. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contribute to overall team goals through support of engagement, stewardship, and cultivation of supporters
  • Coordinate and manage department projects and deliverables
  • Develop, identify and implement creative strategies to execute team priorities and build team efficiency and communication.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Cross-Departmental Working Groups: Serve as CED liaison in special initiatives.
  • General administrative duties for the department.
  • Partner with colleagues to support Share Our Strength's work to be a diverse and inclusive organization, and ensuring this value is embedded in the organization and throughout our work.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in fundraising or project management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and work through challenges, underscored by strong judgment and emotional intelligence. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multi-step, detail-oriented projects.
  • Professional history of managing multifaceted projects and a capacity to perform well in a fluid, dynamic, multi-tasking environment are essential. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to high-level audiences. 
  • Experience with Zoom and MS Office suite.
  • Interest in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
