Content Production Intern
How You Will Make an Impact
- Daily check-ins with stakeholders from media, marketing, digital, and product development
- Receive and distribute and maintain necessary planning and tracking documents
- Alongside the General Manager, Content Production & Traffic Coordinator, help manage and enforce deadlines including all content requests, deliverables, and listings
- Communicate regularly with managers on the current status of all projects in progress
- Gather and research materials needed for the concept, development, and post-production processes
- Work closely with production team, helping facilitate future testimonial productions
- Process vendor invoices and fiscal documents as needed
- Work with the marketing team to help develop initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and deliver great customer experiences and customer retention

What You Bring to the Table
- Production student preferred
- Bilingual -English and Spanish preferred
- Previous administrative/office management experience a plus
- Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Wrike, Project Management and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Time management, project management skills and presenting skills
- Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, de-prioritize daily functions and offer up solutions
