CAD Technician / Drafter III
The CAD Technician/Drafter III is considered senior drafting staff and generates construction documents and document sets under the guidance of the professional design staff. Has excellent in-depth working knowledge of design/construction drafting and construction technology, requiring minimal guidance from professional design staff. As an expert CAD/Revit/BIM 360 operator provides mentorship and guidance for CAD Technician/Drafter(s) I and II. The CAD Technician/Drafter III understands the discipline subject matter, requiring guidance only in interpretation of matters of design intent. Demonstrated experience in structural and/or MEP drafting is desirable.
