Product Development Management & Strategy Operations Internship - Spring 2023

Responsibilities

The Content Experiences teams sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, acting as a technology incubator within the Global Strategy group. The team conceptualizes, builds, and executes new streaming and video-on-demand (VOD) services to market through both existing and new content products at Warner Bros. Discovery. We've worked closely with the content and product teams across many iconic brands like CNN, Bleacher Report, NCAA March Madness, Adult Swim, TruTV, and more to deliver unique streaming and content experiences. This team member would be an immediate contributor to our team's mission to deliver greater monetization opportunities to the company while improving the fan experience.
 
The Daily:

Duties could include:
  • This Product Development Management and Strategy Operations Intern will have the opportunity to impact our mobile and web product roadmaps and delivery. 
  • Actively contribute to overall product strategy and roadmaps for mobile and web products, considering industry trends, research, and customer feedback
  • Assist in managing product backlog and defining user stores and acceptance criteria
  • Complete user acceptance (UAT) and operational testing for products to provide ticketed feedback to developers
  • Ensure product/service performance by collecting performance metrics to derive insights that lead to productive courses of action to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation
  • Manage social media content and accounts along with other team members and partner marketing teams - creating, scheduling, posting and performance reporting of content

Qualifications

  • Must be a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student (18 years or older)
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
  • Must be in academic good standing (2.8 or above GPA)
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • Photoshop, canva experience

And finally, what to know before applying:

  • Our Spring 2023 program is a 12 Week Internship that will run from Monday, February 6th through Friday, April 28th, 2023
  • Part time-schedule (16-24 hours/week) required
  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
