Photographer & Videographer Specialists
Camp Mah-Kee-Nac is looking for enthusiastic & creative individuals to be a part of our 2023 photography and videography team.
As the camp photographer, you are responsible for helping tell Mah-Kee-Nac’s story through pictures.
As the camp videographer, you are responsible for helping tell Mah-Kee-Nac’s story through videos.
You should be flexible, adaptable, and artistic.
Qualifications for Photographer:
- Experience with portraits, landscapes, sports photography, and photo editing programs such as Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- 2+ Years of Photography Experience is preferred.
- Able to build great rapport and have a strong interest in working with children
Responsibilities for Photographer:
- Capture high-quality images of campers, activities, special events, and facilities.
- Save, catalog, and edit images on a daily basis
- Teach photography classes throughout the day
- Help keep all social media platforms up to date with new daily content
Qualifications for Videographer:
- Basic understanding of video hardware and programs
- 2+ Years of Videography & Editing Experience is preferred.
- Able to build great rapport and have a strong interest in working with children
Responsibilities for Videographer:
- Capturing high-quality videos of campers, activities, and special events
- Teach film and editing classes throughout the day
- Create, edit and upload videos for social media and promotional use

Opportunities for paid internships are available. We are happy to work with individuals on specific school requirements/projects.
