Job Description
Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps/ processes required to assemble jet engines that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. Perform standard technical calculations (for example, on time estimates, equipment loads, and torques) and prepare standard operation sheets. Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, no prior experience necessary, but is preferred.
This position supports the assembly, test and ship work instructions for jet engines that may include conducting build audits, updating work instructions with engine manual revisions and process improvements and assisting the Manufacturing Team with work instruction conversions. 
**Flexibility to support work for 1st shift, 2nd shift, possible pre/post shifts (2 hrs), weekends and some holidays, with possible overtime is required.
