Architectural Intern

Responsibilities
  • Production of schematic design packages, test fits and design presentations for approval by Corporate Real Estate Services
  • Prepare design presentations for internal and external use as requested
  • Organize and upload documents to Corporate Real Estate’s online portal
 
Interacts with
  • Corporate Real Estate Services members, External Architecture & Engineering teams
 
Qualifications (Required)
  • Third year or higher university or college student pursuing a degree in architecture, engineering or related field, 2 years minimum practical design experience.
  • Highly skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or In-design.
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
 
Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Previous architectural internship or experience in a corporate real estate/development setting.
