Responsibilities
- Production of schematic design packages, test fits and design presentations for approval by Corporate Real Estate Services
- Prepare design presentations for internal and external use as requested
- Organize and upload documents to Corporate Real Estate’s online portal
Interacts with
- Corporate Real Estate Services members, External Architecture & Engineering teams
Qualifications (Required)
- Third year or higher university or college student pursuing a degree in architecture, engineering or related field, 2 years minimum practical design experience.
- Highly skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or In-design.
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Previous architectural internship or experience in a corporate real estate/development setting.
