Spring 2023 Rotational Internship

2aDays is looking for college athletes interested in our nine-week rotational paid internship program. We can also provide you with college course credits (depending on school requirements) or the necessary work experience to prepare you for your future career.
As a 2aDays intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various departments, work directly with our managers & CEO, and make real-time decisions for the company daily. You will see your ideas come to life from conception through actualization and implementation. In this fully remote position, we will provide you access to our remote-based team for the duration of your internship. All communication will take place via our Slack workspace and Google Drive. You do not need prior experience with Slack or Google Drive.

- Digital Marketing & Public Relations
- Editorial
- User Experience/User Interface
Required Skills and Experience
- Communication at the highest level
- Not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable with outreach
- The final quality is a positive attitude. The ability to be energetic and enthusiastic about your work on a day-in and day-out schedule. This will allow you to be successful in our internship program. Our company will highly evaluate your personality and approach to specific tasks. Bringing a positive attitude with you each day to work is a necessity. No matter what's going on in your personal life, you allow yourself to leave those problems or issues at the door each and every day.
Internship Information:

Internship Dates: February 20th-April 24th, 2023
Compensation: Paid and/or for college credit (if seeking college credit, don't hesitate to get in touch with your academic advisor)
Hours: 15 hours/week
Where: Fully remote via Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom

Editorial
- Interns will pitch, write, and edit articles for 2aDays
- Articles will be focused on various topics relating to college athletics and the college recruiting process
- Conduct outreach and secure interviews with current and former college athletes, coaches, and college athletic staff
Digital Marketing
- Produce social media content and blog images via Canva
- Research and produce marketing campaigns
- Grow various social media accounts
Public Relations
- Conduct outreach to secure interviews and features for 2aDays and our CEO, Keristen Sires
- Create Media Kits
- Research for various areas such as Media Lists, Awards, and Newspapers/Media Outlets
User Interface/User Experience
- Learn about and complete data analytics reports
- Complete research and presentations
- Site Improvement
Ratings
- Conduct outreach to obtain a required minimum number of weekly ratings.
