Architctural Draftsman

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsman to become a part of our growing team. You will use your killer AutoCAD and 3D rendering skills and exceptional attention to detail to drat floor plans, detailed ID sets, elevations and photo realistic 3D renderings of high-end residential homes.

 

 

·        Create and revise detailed plans and elevations in AutoCAD

·        Generate accurate base floor plans from architectural documents, and on-site as-built data collection, conducted by you.

·        Support the communication of design intent as directed by designers with the generation of 2D electronically drafted interior design documents (AutoCAD)

·        Develop space planning concepts and generate all project documents (plans, elevations, sections, details, etc)

·        Generate custom built-in millwork sketches based on concepts provided by designers

·        Use 3D software to create photo-realistic renderings of designed rooms in clients’ homes

·        Team with designers to maintain scheduled design project services required by the design staff for the successful design development, communication, and project implementation from concept to installation.

 

·        Education: Associates Degree in Architecture, or Architecture technician

·        Experience: Minimum 2 years Previous work experience in Architecture or Interior Design

·        Technical Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD and 3D photo realistic rendering, in programs like Sketchup, Revit, VRAY, Lumion; Experience in PhotoShop a plus

·        Multi-tasker: Balance multiple tasks and projects at once, in a fast-paced environment

·        Attentive: Deadline and detail oriented

·        Communicator: Communicates clearly and effectively

·        Autonomous: Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines

·        Mobile: Must have a working vehicle for office & client-related meetings

·        Fun: Desire to work hard and play hard!!
