Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Coordinator at BrandStar, you have a passion for social media, and always stay on top of new trends, emerging media, and engagement opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing campaigns and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase awareness for clients and brands.
The Social Media Coordinator should have strong leadership capabilities and an eye for detail, creative and strategic mind, and be a positive and outspoken self-starter that works well within a team.

Professional Competencies:
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams effectively and in a fast-paced environment
• Deep working knowledge of social listening platforms
• The ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data and to see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendations
• Ability to recognize opportunities, formulate hypotheses, plan research, identify insights, and drive recommendations relevant to the business goals and objectives
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary
• Remarkably skilled in building engaged social media communities, with particular significance towards TikTok channels and including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube

Overview of Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that social media efforts are executed on time and meet quality standards
• Advance the influencer and/or community advocacy efforts
• Drive social media strategies that will drive quality audience growth, engagement, and traffic to achieve brand and business objectives
• Develop paid social media campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Research the latest social tools, trends, and current events
