Data Entry Clerk
Position Summary:
The data entry clerk must have experience working in a labor department or in large corporations to fulfill the role in our contracts and labor department. This is an entry level position. The contracts department will rely on the specialist to be able to draft, edit and make recommendations on the terms and/or language on contracts to be presented to potential employees and independent contractors that are being considered for employment with the company. The position will include data collection and entry of information in our databases. We value team members who possess an excellent attention to detail and an ability to process information.
Essential Job Functions:

● Review and edit employment contracts
● Follow up on execution of contracts with new hires
● Return of executed contracts to all parties
● Input data into the database
● Create records using databases as needed
● Format data by using templates
● Work on spreadsheets
● Review records and edit as necessary
Required Education and Experience:
Requirements:
· Great communication skills (including the ability to proficiently read, write and speak English)
· Associate degree preferred
· Microsoft Excel 1 year preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

· Must be able to stand and work up to a 8-hour shift
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to exert up to 10 pounds of force.
