Fox Ad Sales Training (FAST) Program/Entry Level

We have an amazing opportunity to participate in our Fox Ad Sales Training (FAST) Program. FAST is a twelve (12) month rotational development program that gives early career talent, with a passion for media and advertising and provides unmatched exposure to the industry. Immerse yourself in FOX’s vast portfolio of News, Entertainment, and Sports. Contribute to the business by playing a key role in four of our essential Ad Sales business units including, but not limited to Linear and Digital Sales, Marketing, Research, and Pricing & Planning/Yield. This is an entry-level staff role, which will support the sales group across the FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, and FOX News teams while gaining valuable knowledge about the media industry. This program is based out of New York, NY.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn from some of the best in the business through hands-on experience with 4 unique rotations across the Ad Sales organization
- Sharpen and expand your skill set to help you establish your career in media
- Support teams by assisting with media schedules, trafficking, researching, and reporting
- Assist in the communication between Advertising Sales, Operations and existing clients, as needed
- Receive regular feedback and coaching to help foster both your personal and professional growth
- Participate in regular learning & development opportunities to increase your knowledge of the Fox Corporation business and media industry as a whole
- Be a part of a larger cohort, network, and community of support within the FOX Family
- Prepare for a career at Fox: Upon successful completion of the program, full-time employment is the goal but is not guaranteed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and adhere to timelines
- Ability to communicate frequently and directly with a variety of internal and external parties
- Ability to be organized and precise, understanding that details matter and that good execution is both on-time and high quality
- A keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflow
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactively look for opportunities to help team members improve yourself
