Process Engineer
Plant support
- Performs the preventive assessment of labor times (direct / indirect), continuing the activity for the entire life cycle of the product
- Track the evolution of the direct hours, depending on the reduction in times or changes in the perimeter
- Interfaces with various departments for the assessment of emerging transformation costs
- Analyzes the Budget MO data and subsequent Forecast alignments with the Plant W.A.s
- Supports the plants in the implementation of new products / processes
- Supports the design / simulation of new production processes, providing indications on the most efficient solutions in terms of MO
- Supports the Ergonomics expert in the evaluation of workstations
Standardization and Governance
- Coordinate regional projects in collaboration with the other central process managers.
- Preliminary definition of the STD times for all new products / processes.
- Definition, in the feasibility study phase, of the direct / indirect MO necessary for the transformation of the Product.
- Definition, in the study phase, of the line balancing
- Track the standard time on the CE products
