The Job
We have multiple Creative Development internship opportunities in LA/Burbank available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for internship opportunities within this area.

The Daily
Duties could include:
- Bringing your knowledge of film/television and pop culture, and organizational and administrative skills to our teams
- Being involved with Film/TV development
- Providing script coverage on a wide range of material for potential projects
- Creating lists of available actors, writers, and directors for current and future projects
- Building PowerPoint presentations for outgoing pitch
- Research assignments
- Drafting comparisons and summaries
- Supporting the department executives and assistants
The Essentials

- Should be able to commit to 10 weeks of the internship and be able to work 40 hours per week
- Interested in pursuing a career within development, production, creative affairs, or other related fields
- Should be self-motivated, have the ability to work in a virtual team environment and multi-task, have a good attitude, and be able to function well in an environment with short deadlines and quick turnaround projects
- Pursuit of a college degree in Film/TV, Screenwriting, or a related major
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required
- Passion for the entertainment industry
- Outstanding time management skills to handle multiple and changing priorities
- Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
- Must be a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student (18 years or older)
- Must be in academic good standing (2.8 or above GPA)
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States. U.S. International students must hold an F1 Visa to be considered.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns, $25 per hour USD for graduate level interns.
