We are excited for an intern to join the team and learn the ins and outs of production from the network's perspective. From this internship, it is our hope that our intern will receive a full understanding of the development, pre-production, production, and post production process.

The Daily

  • Assist the Production Executives with their creative needs.
  • Interns will learn how to build pitch decks, write loglines and show descriptions, organize and track internal and external ideas in all phases of development, edit casting tapes, and also present series ideas for their own intern project.
  • It is our goal to give the intern a hands-on experience so they can learn what it's truly like to work in production.
  • By the end of the internship program, our intern will feel confident in pitching and developing their own creative ideas to network executives. They will have also researched and connected with prospective Magnolia storytellers and learn how to and collaborate with a robust content team on series ideas.
