Marketing Coordinator

Join the team at Garth Solutions, Inc. (GSI), a leading management consulting firm, as a Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated individual passionate about aviation and community outreach to assist in the growth of our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is a critical thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This role requires a quick learner who is able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events from start to finish, including creative and logistical aspects at high-traffic events.
  • Prepare research, meeting recaps, and reports for clients under multiple deadlines.
  • Develop strong client relationships, always meet client deadlines, and exceed expectations.
  • Manage invoicing and charges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative and Strategy teams, to develop strategies that meet business
  • goals and deliver measurable results for our clients.
  • Provide project management support on assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are
  • achieved in a timely manner.
  • Assist senior account managers as needed by providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings or
  • preparing presentations.
  • Assist the Creative Team with content writing, content calendar planning, and social media posting.
  • Communicate and interact with graphic designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
  • Maintain the CRM database and cloud storage.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing or public relations, with a preference for experience in the aviation
  • industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter who excels in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills and understanding of fundamental principles of graphic layout and design.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying current on marketing trends and techniques.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
