Marketing & Sales Associate

Marketing & Sales Associate responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics and CRM tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Additionally, M&SA will work with the sales team to ensure the appropriate level of communication with key customers, supporting the sales reps during the whole customer journey.

Implementing strategy

-         Follow and execute the strategic plan that outlines how the marketing team will support business goals. You will help implement this strategy via prioritized activities on the marketing roadmap.

-         Creating programs and campaigns

-         Work, together with agencies, on the process of building marketing campaigns — making sure cross-channel activities align with the company's strategic objectives. You also contribute ideas for future programs and campaigns.

Content

-         Supervise the content strategy and editorial calendar. Overseeing social media posting and addressing users’ interactions.

Events

-         Being involved in planning and executing the events and food-shows calendar.

-         Managing projects and budgets

-         Handling different vendors such as agencies, media companies, copywriters, et all, managing the budgets for ad campaigns and tools.

Marketing data

-         Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities. You will look for ways to improve marketing efforts and better engage with prospective customers. You may also evaluate competitors and compile and share industry trends.

 
Sales Support

-         Work with sales reps to determine how to move customers along the buyer's journey more effectively, being able to support them on quotes, new presentations, meetings, product allocations, et al.

CRM

-         Also, help the company maintains an ongoing level of engagement and communication with key customers through a CRM platform, planning and executing a customer loyalty program.
 
 
 
Qualifications:
-         At least one year of marketing experience required.
-         Retail experience preferred, but not required.
-         Bachelor’s in Marketing preferred.
-         Bilingual is a plus.
-         Must possess solid communication and presentation skills.
-         Excellent computer skills.
