Assistant Program Coordinator

The World AIDS Museum and Educational Center are looking for SUMMER INTERNS to be a part of a cultural arts opportunity!

This Internship will be a paid opportunity in working hands on with high school students in developing a creative script mirroring the experience of those who were affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic of the 80’s
Showcasing creative writing abilities as well as a coherent historical analysis of that time based on the museum's permeant exhibit “Chronology of HIV/AIDS” and additional texts that will be supplemented into the program.

This will be a 2-weekend workshop where participating students and interns will be participating in the creative process the weekends of April 29th- May 8th. May 8th will be the date of the final performance culminating in on stage live. 
Reading delivered by the students. Interns selected will be acting as a part of guiding the creative process as well as outlining program management and analysis of AIDS/HIV text.
