Job Summary/ Candidate Profile
The Content Communications Intern will gain exposure to strategic communications. The content communications intern will help organize, populate, and update new messaging for the Foundation’s external website. The intern will have the opportunity to participate in a large-scale messaging project and learn how to craft and edit messaging content.
The 2023 summer intern program will operate in a hybrid work model. Candidates are expected to be in the office 1 day per week in Princeton, NJ
 
 
Internship Duties
·      Create a new Messaging Site file structure and migrate documents, ensuring all documents in the current inventory are accounted for on the new site.
·      Assist in the coordination of content experts to update content.
·      Review edits and messages adhering to compliance.
Requirements
·      Junior or Senior majoring in Communication or Marketing preferred.
·      Demonstrates a strong commitment to health and racial equity.
·      Proficiency with various technology platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.).
·      Oral, written communication, and presentation skills. Writing samples may be requested.
·      Able to interact with staff at all levels.
·      Able to plan and organize work responsibilities, strong time management skills.
·      Attention to detail.
·      Research skills.
·      Able to analyze and present data.
·      Analytic skills.
·      Ability to work independently as well as in highly collaborative team environments.
·      Ability to work in an inclusive environment working as part of a multidisciplinary team and working effectively with persons from diverse cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds.
